A Yogi Grows In Brooklyn

My teaching schedule:

-Tuesdays at McCarren Play Center from 7:30pm-8:30pm. in Williamsburg, Brooklyn

-Thursdays at Brownsville Recreation Center from 7pm-8pm in Brownsville Brooklyn. (This is a Shape Up NYC Class- Open to Public).

-Saturdays at McCarren Play Center 9am - 10am [Restorative Yoga] in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

I offer both private and semi-private instruction. Privates are excellent for those who are just beginning with yoga, working through an injury or those who are looking to refine their practice. For more information on private instruction, please send an email query.
